a bright idea-Commissions!!!!

I don't know who actually reads this blog (if anyone) but I stumbled on a bright idea.  I like drawing and people like owning art and original art at that.  So if you'd like to own an original piece of art shoot me an email at theholyromanempire@gmail.com and commission some, let me know what you'd like to see and I'll try to whip something up for ya!  And I'll figure out a price or something, I'm always bad at that part.

This is a dumb sketch.  One is Cap in wonderful WWII gear.  One is me, looking angry, with my arm on fire. Because I can shoot fireballs out of my hands?  Apparently I can.

A New Year

This is my first post of 2012!  And instead of doing something that's related to the new year I'm just posting whatever random stuff I happen to like of mine.  

First it's a moleskine spread of Junior Varsity.  Ides of March is a villain I thought up a while back when I was thinking of goofy villains.  A very theatrical guy.  so dramatic.

And this is a random moleskine sampling.  On the bottom clearly is Spider-Man swinging through the city.  The top drawing is a different story.  Back in late October I had to serve on Jury Duty.  As I always do when I have to sit and listen for periods of time I pulled out the sketch pad and started drawing.  As I was in a court room I decided to do some courtroom sketches.  These are the two attorneys for the case I was sitting on.  Ready to fight!  Happy New Year.
